1. About Sharksme

Sharksme (sharksme.com) is operated by ISECAD L.L.C-FZ (licence no. 2202195.01), Meydan FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). By using the site you accept these terms. Contact: info@sharksme.com.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Give true details, including your own email address. A mobile number you give in a post or at payment must be your own. One account per person or company. You are responsible for everything done in your account.

3. We only connect members

Sharksme lets members publish posts and contact each other. That is all we do.

• We do not check, verify or approve posts, members or the information they give.
• We are not responsible for what members offer, say or do, on the site or outside it.
• We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a bank. We do not handle money between members. Nothing on the site is financial or legal advice.
• Any deal is only between the members involved. Do your own checks and take professional advice.

4. Your posts

You alone are responsible for everything you publish and every detail you fill in, including your contact details and mobile number. Sharksme does not check them and, under no circumstances, is responsible for any content or information published or filled in by members. Your posts and messages must be true, legal and yours to publish.

Not allowed: false or misleading claims, promises of guaranteed profit, illegal offers, fraud, offensive content, spam, copying other people's work, and collecting members' data. We may remove posts and close accounts that break these rules. To tell us about such a post, use "Report this post" on its page.

You allow us to display your posts on the site and in our marketing.

5. Premium plans and payment

Some features need a paid Premium plan. Prices and features are shown before you pay. A plan is paid in advance for one month or one year and does not renew by itself.

Payments are processed by PayTabs. We do not store card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be charged in another currency at the rate shown at checkout. For customers in the United Arab Emirates, the price includes VAT. No VAT is added for customers outside the UAE.

Premium members can buy points to make a post more visible. Points are valid for 12 months and are not refundable. A boost that has started cannot be stopped or moved to another post.

6. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Our liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, or that a post will lead to any result.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from members' posts, conduct or deals, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. If a claim is made against us because of your posts or actions, you will cover our costs.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted here.
