About the Idea

ZipLoop is a hyperlocal delivery platform designed to connect neighborhood shops, small vendors, and customers with local runners who can fulfill deliveries in under 30 minutes. We operate on a decentralized logistics model powered by part-time earners who use the platform to accept and deliver orders on-demand within a 3–5 km radius.

Today’s delivery landscape is dominated by large aggregators and food delivery giants. However, smaller vendors often struggle to reach customers who demand faster, cheaper, and more localized options. ZipLoop democratizes last-mile delivery for everyone.

Problem

Small businesses and kirana stores lack access to real-time delivery support. Larger logistics providers are costly, often unreliable for short-radius delivery, and usually built around warehouse or restaurant ecosystems. This leaves a massive gap in the hyperlocal delivery segment.

Current Traction

We’ve run a successful pilot in Indiranagar (Bangalore) with over 200 deliveries/week and an average delivery time of 22 minutes. Vendor satisfaction is at 94%, and 40+ active runners have earned over ₹6,000/month.

Investment Requirement

We're seeking ₹1 crore (~$120,000) to develop our app, onboard 500 new vendors, and expand to 3 additional zones across the city. The funds will also be used to train and certify 1,000 delivery partners.
